This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are using WPML multilingual on your website and are trying to translate a template, but the template does not show a translation button.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you navigate to WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation section. Here, find the post type "Headers Builder" and set it as "Translatable." It is likely currently marked as "Not translate," which is why the translation options are not visible.

This solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Hi there.

As we can see, none of the templates from that page have a + translate icon.

This means that we need to go to WPML > Settings > "Post Types Translation" section > find the post type "Headers Builder" > and set it as "Translatable."

It is currently marked as "Not translate," which is probably why we don't see translation options.

I hope that you will find this information helpful.
