Hello,

thanks I can not access wp-admin as this user is not set as admin role.

Since this was a known issue but is fixed now, did you try to re-translate the button and add correct text in WPML editor and save? It should work fine then.

Regards,
Drazen

Hello Drazen

Sorry that was my fault - I have now changed to an admin user.

It isnt resolved unfortunately - I don't know why it would work ok on staging but not live.

I have tried multiple times to change the text and resave but it doesn't work sadly

Kind regards
Lorraine

Hello Lorraine,

I checked, and it is an issue with theme elements, since this theme is not officially compatible, so there can be issues with WPML. I tried adjusting XML to fix this, but without any luck

On why, it does not happen on staging, could be it is not same copy of production website or DB collation is different.

Anyway, I created a minimal test installation of WordPress, WPML, and all necessary WPML add-ons, and themes and replicated the issue there, so confirmed it is a bug with theme.

I will escalate this to our compatibility team to check, but note since it is not officially compatible, we might not be able to fully fix the issue.

I will update when I have some news.

Regards,

Drazen

Hello,

we checked further but we have issue replicating it again, seems to work fine on our test site.

Can you please provide staging site if possible or Duplicator copy of your website so we can check the issue further?
