This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are trying to translate menu items across different languages on your website. However, you encounter an issue where some submenu links under 'products' in the translated sites lead to 404 errors because the links are incorrect. Additionally, these links are not editable or automatically translatable.
Solution:
We performed some standard troubleshooting steps which resolved the issue. Now, your menus should be working correctly and are editable. You can edit your German (DE) menu by accessing the following link: https://staging-d5e2-sedanamedicaldotcom.wpcomstaging.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php?menu=1557&lang=de
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, or if it does not apply to your case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
