Hi, I have some automatic translations to review before publishing.
When I wnat to check the entire list, the Translation queue is empty.

What is the link to your site?

I see some error connecting to ATE server, but neither my hosting provider (OVH) or hosting platform (Plesk), that are both managed by me, block anything.

Can you please help^

I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons, and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/plugin for these backup needs.

Your following answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if required. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Also, I checked your debug information, I noticed that your MySQL version is below the plugin minimum requirements as described at: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ . Kindly contact your hosting provider and ask them to update the MySQL version to 5.6+ for you.

The issue can be seen here hidden link as shown in the attached screenshot. You need to check with your hosting provider to fix the REST API issue.

Hi,
yes, the REST API is disabled on the staging site (is managed on WPremote platform and I think I can't change any server setting, but I can ask), but it's correctly working on the production site.
If you need to check the production site (without doing any modification) I can provide you an admin account.

no, I see an empty list.
This could be something on my end? Like antivirus or something similar?

Hi,
i've figured out the issue: for unknown reason, the user "admin" can't see translations until i manually add the user in the translators list for any language.
Strangely, in the Staging site, tha't not required.

The issue is resolved for me, thank you for pointing me out that the user is the key 🙂
