[Resolved] Traveler Theme - ST Form Builder translation
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are using " ST Form Builder" and trying to translate the Form 1 at checkout on your site using the Traveler theme. You have attempted to translate the English form using a PO file or with string translation, but neither method is working. You also have issues translating other strings at the checkout page, such as 'Submit' or the list of countries. Solution: We recommend contacting the Traveler theme's support service for assistance, as the documentation on their site does not mention functionality for translating forms using WPML. You can find their guide on setting up the WPML plugin at https://travelerwp.com/how-to-set-up-wpml-plugin/. Further, the client added that the following workflow solved the issue:
- Build form 1 in English then form 2 in Greek
- In Theme Options/ Booking Options/ ST Form Builder: Select form for checkout template/ of English, choose form 1.
- In Theme Options of Greek, choose form 2
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If necessary, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket with us for further assistance.
This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the Form 1 at checkout on my site hidden link using the Traveler theme. The theme has a booking option called ST Form Builder where I can select a form for the checkout template. I have attempted to translate the English form using a PO file or with string translation, but nothing works.
Symptoms:
The translation of the form at checkout is not working using the methods I have tried.
Questions:
Is the solution to duplicate the form and translate it, then choose the Greek version of the form for the Greek language?
Any suggestion will be great!
Please contact the Traveler's theme support service, because in their documentation (hidden link), this functionality is not mentioned. They should be able to provide a guide on how to translate these forms.

I would like to offer a WPML test site on which you could install the theme so that we try to recreate the issue with a simple example and work towards a solution.
Finally I found this solution: build form 1 in English then form 2 in Greek
and in Theme Options/ Booking Options/ ST Form Builder: Select form for checkout template/ of English, choose form 1. In Theme Options of Greek, choose form 2
