Background of the issue:
I am trying to remove a translator from the list on my WordPress site. The issue can be seen at this link: hidden link

Symptoms:
After deleting a user, I still see the translator on the list. When I click the 'X' again, I get the error 'User not found'. The deleted user is still displayed.

Questions:
Why is the translator still visible after deletion?
How can I resolve the 'User not found' error?

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

To update you.

This is a bug in your software.

Instead of pressing X to delete the translator, and then trigger the error. I clicked the pencil to modify the languages assigned to the account. I made a change there and saved it and boom, the translator disappeared from the list. It's a bug, you should report this to your engineering team.

I'm able to replicate the issue and I'm escalating this to our 2nd Tier Support now. I will come back to you once I've updates.

Our 2nd Tier Support checked and the issue has been resolved in the upcoming update. It will be released soon.
