I have checked your site and noticed that the store has been set up using the "AliDropship" plugin. Kindly be informed that the plugin is currently not listed as compatible with WPML, therefore, you might experience issues while using it with WPML.

In such cases, we always try our best to provide a workaround. To proceed, would you kindly try to replicate the same issue in the sandbox site given below?

The WPML and its add-ons are already installed there. Please install the plugins that will be required to reproduce the issue such as AliDropship Plugin, Shipping Product Aliexpress, etc.

When everything is finished, and you're able to replicate the problem sandbox, please let me know. We will do further investigation and let you know an update.

Additionally, you can also reach out to the support team of the AliDropship plugin and discuss this matter further. Maybe they are aware of such cases and guide you accordingly. You can also request them to join the Go Global program of WPML.

1 -I am using the Alidropship original plugin Not the Alidropship WOO plugin attached
2 -same time I am using an Andy Warhol theme attached

From my understanding you want me to install my theme and plugin to sandbox and install some products to see if it works properly.

in this case, I can't do it because I am new and afraid to mix it up

You've understood the procedure correctly! To dive deeper and determine if the issue you're having is related to compatibility, it's essential to set up the theme and plugin on the sandbox environment. This will allow us to thoroughly investigate the problem.

The process is not complex at all. Simply configure the plugin ad theme as you did for the primary site, translate the products, and then verify if the same issue occurs on the sandbox.

If you're able to replicate the same issue in the sandbox, please inform me, and we'll conduct a thorough investigation.

Should you encounter any challenges in the sandbox or require assistance with anything else, don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help.

Sure! The procedure for replicating issues on Sandbox is given below.

- Once you're logged in to the Sandbox, go to "Plugins > Add New" and install the "AliDropship" Plugin. If there are any other plugins required to replicate the issue, install them as well.
- Install and activate the theme from your primary site to the Sandbox.
- Set up products on the sandbox
- Once done, translate the product just like you did on the main site.

I hope the steps above will help to replicate the issue on the sandbox site.

I installed my theme on Sandbox and I tried to install alidropship plugin but I couldn't activate please see the attached message

By the way, I already paid around 300 Bound and I still have a lot of translations,
I don't know what to do,
one of my friends suggested dealing with you and now I am stuck

I was going to subscribe with Translate Press
if I cancel my subscription with you I don't want to lose my previous payment

I checked the sandbox but only found AliDropship plugin is installed. I haven't noticed any theme.

However, if you're having trouble setting up things in the sandbox, I would be happy to check from your end.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT
-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Should I insert my access details here?

(I checked the sandbox but only found AliDropship plugin is installed. I haven't noticed any theme.)

I installed it when it did not work I deleted

My issues are
1. Doesn’t translate prices to Arabic
2. When I switch translation to Arabic and I choose any product translated to Arabic the page disappears please check it yourself hidden link

Thank you for sharing the access information.

I checked and found that the price is missing from all Arabic versions of the product. Please check this video(hidden link) for a better understanding.

I noticed that product details are added via custom fields. Typically, if the custom field data isn't displayed in the translated version, we modify the translation settings for these custom fields to "Copy" or "Translate." However, in your case, these fields are not even present in the WPML Setting, which makes it challenging to adjust the translation preference and rectify the problem. I also tried using the Multilingual Tools plugin, which helps to register custom fields that is also unable to trace the fields.

Since the custom field that contains the product data lacks multilingual support, the involvement of the AliDropship plugin developer is important to enable multilingual capabilities for those fields and resolve the issue.

I kindly recommend reaching out to the development team of the AliDropship plugin. Please share with them our findings and the current scenario. Once they integrate the necessary multilingual support, WPML will be able to trace them and upon configuring the translation preference correctly, field data will be copied to the translated version properly.

Furthermore, it may be beneficial to suggest to them the idea of joining the Go Global Program of WPML. By doing so, they can partner with our compatibility team, ensuring that their plugin is fully optimized for a multilingual environment. More information about the Go Global program is given below.

I hope this provides clarity on the next steps, and I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Error while trying to access the Arabic Products: Since the 503 errors are related to Server, while checking the server error log, I found several warnings and error that are coming from the following plugins:

- WP Super Cache
- Performance Lab
- Back and Forward Button

As soon as I deactivated them, I could easily access the Arabic products. However, when I reactivated them again, I also can access the Arabic products properly. The 503 error no longer showing on the site.

Probably, caches were causing the issue. Please check now and hopefully, you'll also be able to access the Arabic products.

As long as WPML doesn't work to translate product prices on my website, and you tried all support, I am sorry to say that I will deactivate WPML and try Translate Press.

If it works I will cancel my subscription with WPML and delete all WPML downloaded and my account.

By the way, since a month ago on my subscription, I already paid 300$

I totally understand your perspective. However, until the plugin developers fully integrate translation support, translating the product information accurately will not be possible.
