Background of the issue:
I have been doing translations manually using WPML. This worked fine until Version 4.7.0, but after updating to the new version, I am unable to import my old XLIFF file. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
I got an error while trying to import the XLIFF file.

Questions:
Why is the XLIFF file import failing after the update?
How can I successfully import my old XLIFF file in the new version?
