Hi,

In the following link, you can also find the FTP user credentials.

The login form is displayed in two places: on /my-account and when you click the account icon—both of which appear only when you are not logged in.

Best regards,
Stelios

I was able to view the credentials but now I am not able to add it anymore.

Please, could you please add the credentials in a private way.

Do you give me permission to install plugin Check Conflicts? That way I can deactivate plugin without affecting your site.

Thanks.

Hi there!

The problem is related to Xstore theme. When I change to a defatult theme it appears translated correctly.

In order to study and see if I can reproduce the problem to send it to the compatibility team, could you please install the theme in the following site?

Please let me know when it is done.

Hi there!

Good news — I was able to solve the issue for you.

The reason those strings weren't showing up is because they come from the theme itself, which includes a custom template for the My Account page.

Here's what I did:

1. I went to WPML → Theme and Plugin Localization.

2. Then I selected the inactive theme and made sure XStore was checked.

3. I clicked on “Scan selected components for strings.”

After doing this, you can now go to WPML → String Translation and you'll find those strings under the domain XStore. These are the ones you’ll want to translate.

I tested it with the “Username or email address” string, and it works as expected:

To make things easier, I also recorded a short video showing the process:

Let me know if you need anything else!
