Background of the issue:
I am trying to manage translation jobs on my site hidden link using WPML. I want to cancel pending translation jobs that are related to back-end strings, as I do not want to translate those.

Symptoms:
The WPML Glossary is stuck, and there are pending translation jobs that I want to cancel.

Questions:
How can I cancel pending translation jobs in WPML?

Hi,

Can you go to wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial and update WPML to the latest version (along with its addons that require an update)?

As for canceling jobs, it is done from the Translation Dashboard -> Translation Jobs, see my screenshot. Would this not work for you?
