Problem:
You are using WPML plugins appear as not installed even though they are installed and activated.
Solution:
This is a known issue and we can safely ignore it for now. You can continue using the plugin as usual without any problems.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPML plugins on my site hidden link. I have installed and activated the plugins.
