Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate my pages using WPML, but it doesn't work. We tried everything, even moving from one provider to another with a new VPS. Here you can see what's shown on the wp_icl_translate_job with the command: wp db query "SELECT * FROM wp_icl_translate_job;". Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
Symptoms:
All translation jobs are blocked. We have been dealing with this issue for many months, and nothing works.
Questions:
As you can see in the sql result, there is many attempts (ate_sync_count) up to 650!
I don't know if the problem is on your side, blocking the requests. Or with the wpml plugin who don't update the db correctly.

Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
