This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Issue:
You are unable to use the 80,000 credits available in your WPML account.
Solution:
If you encounter this issue, we recommend following these steps:
1. On your site, go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial.
2. Unregister WPML by clicking the unregister link.
3. Then, go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/.
4. Delete the existing site key.
5. Go back to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial on your site.
6. Click the register link. Save the site and give the credits you want.
It should now display and function correctly.
This solution may not be relevant if it is outdated or does not fit your case. We strongly recommend that you review the known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, check the permanent fix version, and confirm that you have the latest versions of themes and plugins installed.
