The end user program has ended as of January 13, 2026.
"As of 13 January 2026, it’s not possible to transfer renewals to your clients. Transfers done before that date will continue working for existing end users. If your client wants to take over a site you’ve built for them, they should purchase a WPML subscription and re-register the site."
You can unregister the site and remove your site key, then your customer will need to purchase their own registration.
