We have recently been billed £178.54, We did not wish to renew this subscription, we cannot afford this, please refund immediately!

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I understand the renewal was charged automatically and you no longer need the subscription.

If the renewal happened within the last 30 days, you can request a refund using this link: https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/. Once submitted, the billing team will process the refund and the subscription will be canceled.
