This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is unable to proceed with the payment for automatic translation services because they lack the login information for Stripe. They are looking for alternative ways to pay without using Stripe login information.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Ensure that you have reached the safety limit of €100, which triggers the need for payment before further translations can proceed.
2. Navigate to your pages or posts and select one that requires a lot of content to be translated but hasn't been translated yet.
3. Click the "+" button to add the translation.
4. If you see a message indicating 'not enough credits' with a link to 'Get more credits,' click on this link to be redirected to the payment options.
5. If the issue persists, create a full site backup, update all outdated plugins and themes, especially the WPML plugins, flush all cache memory, and try sending a post/page for automatic translation again from WPML -> Translation Dashboard.
If these steps do not resolve your issue or the solution seems outdated, please visit our known issues page to check for related problems and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If necessary, do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at our support forum.
