Drop down menu does not work with versions 4.6.9 and 4.6.8

rudolfT-2	I am trying to:Fix the problem with the drop down menu in the header not working. After downgrading to WPLM version 4.6.7 it is functional again. We use the Graphene plus template Link to a page where the issue can be seen: I expected to see: Instead, I got:
