Background of the issue:
On hidden link, if you try to filter using the "MARCHÉ" or "LE SERVICE" filters, the results never appear. If you do the same on hidden link, the original English translation, the "MARKET" and "SERVICE" filters work fine. The URLs differ. For example, "Aviation et transport" in French links to hidden link, but "Aviation & Transportation" in English links to hidden link. When I look at the Markets CPT, those are the correct IDs for the different translations. hidden link also uses these filters, and they work properly there.
Symptoms:
When using the 'MARCHÉ' or 'LE SERVICE' filters on the French page, no results appear, unlike the English page where the filters work fine.
Questions:
Why are the filters not displaying results on the French page?
1) Those links don't work if you try to visit them directly. I just grabbed those links by seeing what the markets and services in the filters pointed to. hidden link (and hidden link) doesn't navigate to a new page after filtering; the page uses AJAX to filter and show results.
2) The filters are created in custom theme template files. The markets and services they display are the names of CPTs. In Settings > Post Types Translation, we have these CPTs set to "Translatable. only show translated items." We're using automatic translation (Translate Everything Automatically) with Microsoft's translation engine.
1) Thanks for your reply. I checked the French page and noticed an error in the browser console when using the filters. (500 (Internal Server Error))
2) Please log in to this hidden link">sandbox site and install your theme. After that, please create a test page with these filters to replicate the issue.
