Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot why some of the text elements are not showing in the correct language, I'll need to see how they are set up in the admin area.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message?

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Hi, can you check the pages because there are many pages with same name, and same slug with number 2, then 3, and 4, is it normal ?
look at print screen to understand what I mean
should I open a new ticket for this?
thank you

Thank you for the screenshots and you don't need to create a separate ticket for this.

This is the default WordPress behavior that, no two pages can have the same slug. The slugs are created by WordPress automatically from the name/title. If a new page has the same name as an existing one, its slug is appended by incrementing numbers e.g. term-of-use, term-of-use-1, term-of-use-2 ..... and so on.

Have you imported this website's content from some other website or are the content/pages all added manually?

Thank you for waiting while I've completed some tests around the originally reported issue.

It turns out your website's outgoing connection to external servers is blocked either by the security plugin or by the server's security configuration.

You'll see a notice about that at WP Admin -> Tools -> Site Health ( screenshot: hidden link ) and also at WP Admin -> WPML -> Support ( screenshot: hidden link )

I'll recommend temporarily deactivating the security plugin and checking if these notices go away. If the issue persists, you can consult your hosting support team to check the server's outgoing communication capability.

After this communication issue is resolved, you can translate the homepage's content again. Once the translation status has been updated properly through the automatic translation service, the homepage's content will start showing correctly.

Hi,

1 - About the home page in French:
I checked the server access, I don't see like you: the rest API is open, and no server connection problem is mentioned, it was perhaps temporary. But these problems are no longer there, and the page nevertheless remains in French.
And above all, the page became French on its own, I wouldn't want this to happen again for other pages.
Please solve it, I have many Thaï visitors, it broke my digital marketing.

2 - Regarding additional pages:
I know why here are number after the name in the slug, but why WPML create all this pages ?
I haven't imported the site, if I'm asking you the question, it's because these pages appeared AFTER starting the translation with WPML, the website was only in french language before WPML, it's mean all pages in English or Thaï language are created by WPML.
That's why I'm asking you if it's normal or not that Were there all these pages ?
should I delete all ?

THANKS

Thank you for sharing this update. The external communication issue seems to be fixed now.

Your website had the older version of WPML Multilingual CMS and String Translation plugins. The newer versions of these plugins were released 2 days ago.

The latest 4.6.11 version of the WPML Multilingual CMS includes some fixes related to the Automatic Translation Service that you're observing on the website.
( changelog: https://wpml.org/download/wpml-multilingual-cms/?section=changelog )

I've updated both WPML plugins to the latest version now. Please complete the translation of the English and Thai version of the homepage one more time and this should be fixed.

For the duplicated pages, it is strange that they were created in the same language and not in different languages. But, it is safe to delete those duplicated pages, as long as their translated versions exist.

Hi,
it's the same thing :
I open the French page, I change 1 letter,
I click on Thai translation, I change 1 letter
the translation is ok for all the page
I click on "complete translation"
BUT nothing happens, THIS PAGE REMAINS IN FRENCH LANGUAGE
Can you do this for me, I can't wait any more, I need this problem resolved please, I have been waiting for 2 days and the problem is still there, I have been doing digital marketing and I lose all my potential customers because of this unresolved problem
Please solve it now
