Background of the issue:
I am trying to publish a translated page using WPML. It is stuck at 97% even though there is no untranslated content. I found a similar issue reported and followed the workaround here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translation-completed-but-stuck-at-97/. However, when I try to click the 'send feedback and switch versions' button, it does nothing, and I can't change versions, so the workaround does not work.
Symptoms:
The translation is stuck at 97%, and the 'send feedback and switch versions' button does nothing. I cannot publish the page.

Why is the translation stuck at 97%?
Why does the 'send feedback and switch versions' button not work?
Before this ticket gets assigned to one of my colleagues, I will try to gather more information so we can speed up the process.
1. Can you please share the URL of the translation job (the URL that you see at the top when you edit the translation inside the Advanced Translation Editor)?
2. Can you also please paste your WPML Debug information in the Debug information field I activated below?
