Hi,

I can't unregister, it loading something for a while but it remains that I can still unregister

This happens when the plugin HelloPack is activated. I deactivate this plugin > un-register and re-register your site with a new sitekey then it works correctly.

Please re-assign credits to your site from WPML.org and check the issue again.
