Problem:
You were charged twice during the renewal process due to an initial payment attempt with PayPal that did not process quickly enough, followed by a subsequent payment using a credit card.
Solution:
We have refunded the order for the duplicate charge. The refund should appear in your bank account within 5 to 10 days.
