This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to locate an invoice from a payment made on December 30, 2025.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend the following steps:
1. Navigate to WPML → Translation Dashboard and click on the Payment & Maintenance tab.
2. Expand the Invoices sub-menu to download the invoice you need.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Please check if there is an invoice under the Translation Dashboard?

1. Go to WPML → Translation Dashboard and click the Payment & Maintenance tab.

2. Expand the Invoices sub-menu to download the invoice you need.

If you still cannot find the invoice, please email our administrative team directly at hello@wpml.org. They will be able to assist you further and provide the necessary guidance.
