Issues with text not translating

athanasiosP-7	The website is built with divi theme on WordPress. Last time someone logged in the website and fixed the issue. Do you need access?

Marsel Nikolli	Hi, I would need temporary access to your site's WP-admin to investigate this issue and understand it better. Please create an administrator user using any email address you prefer. Please fully back up your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply. Your next reply is set to private for you to provide the username and password details. Marsel Nikolli	Hi, Thank you for the access, I was able to check and if I understood correctly you are using the plugin Complianz to generate the cookie policy and privacy policy pages. If you click on the gear icons (the icons shown in the attached image) the Advanced Translation Editor should open, where you can translate the content of the pages in each respective language. athanasiosP-7	The main issue is the text on the footer (cookie policy and privacy policy) not the page itself. If you navigate to DIVI -> THEME BUILDER -> GLOBAL FOOTER. the text cookie policy and privacy policy is not getting translated
