Thank you for the access, I was able to check and if I understood correctly you are using the plugin Complianz to generate the cookie policy and privacy policy pages.
If you click on the gear icons (the icons shown in the attached image) the Advanced Translation Editor should open, where you can translate the content of the pages in each respective language.
