Problem:
The client is unable to install the OTGS zip file and encounters a blank page with the message "Choose a file" when attempting to upload and install plugins.
Solution:
We recommend creating a full backup of the website. After ensuring the backup is complete, install the WP File Manager plugin. If the issue persists, we ask the client to share their credentials in the private fields provided for further assistance.
