Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPML to activate automatic translation on our website, hidden link. We have added 40,000 credits to our account and assigned them to this website. I followed the instructions provided by support to register the site, but encountered issues. The site is under development, and the automatic translation wasn't running during the summer. I work for the web agency handling this site.
Symptoms:
When attempting to activate automatic translation, the system prompts us to buy more credits despite having already assigned 40,000 credits. There is a 404 error in the console when clicking 'Recheck my credits and continue translating'. The 'Your Registered Sites' section says 'No data available in table', and I can't choose the site in support as it says 'Site under development'. When trying to add credits, it says 'inactive', even though the site is registered with the key MZQr0PeHOl.
Questions:
Why are the assigned credits not being recognized by WPML?
How can we ensure that the credits are correctly applied to our website for automatic translation?
How to resolve the issue of the site being marked as 'inactive' when adding credits?
Why isn't it work is of the last support ticket?
Can you check the issue now you should be able to assign credits without any issues now, I suggest you to follow the below steps:
1. Go to the Plugins → Add New Plugin.
2. Click on the Commercial tab.
3. Then, click the "Unregister WPML" link.
4. Use the same link and Register again.
