This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to display products in an Elementor product grid on a page in a foreign language, but the products are not appearing as expected. This issue arose after recent plugin updates, even though all products and taxonomies have been translated and were previously displaying correctly.
Solution:
We recommend enabling the 'Adjust IDs for multilingual functionality' option. You can find this setting by navigating to WPML >> Languages on your dashboard. This adjustment should help resolve the display issue with the Elementor product grid in the foreign language.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please check the related known issues and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket with us for further assistance. You can do so at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to open a page with an Elementor product grid in a foreign language.

The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

I expected to see the products displayed in the foreign language, with the same selection as on the default language. All products and taxonomies have been translated, and this setup was working before. We did not make any changes to the site, other than recent plugin updates. Here is the link to the default language page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The page is not displaying the products in the Elementor Product grid element.

Questions:
Why are the products not displaying in the Elementor Product grid in the foreign language?
Could recent plugin updates have caused this issue?
