Hello, I have a product available in three languages: Spanish, Catalan, and English. On the live site hidden link the language switcher in the upper-right bar correctly shows links to the Catalan and English versions. However, when editing the Spanish product, in the backend, the translations for Catalan and English appear as missing. Something is wrong here. This is causing a problem to add the product to the cart. You can see the issue here: hidden link I can provide Admin credentials. Please, let me know. Regards, |

Thank you for the quick preparation of all the necessary data. I tried to restore the Duplicator package you attached, but it did not import - If you can, remove this file from the site where it was shared, it will no longer be needed. On the website you shared, I activated Duplicator, downloaded the prepared backup and deactivated Duplicator. This time the package was 20 MB larger and everything imported correctly. All the information has been forwarded for analysis to determine the cause. As soon as we find out anything, I will inform you immediately. Best regards, |

Hello, All things have been tested, but please have a backup before you start - just in case I was able to resolve this issue on my copy of the environment: UPDATE `wp_icl_translations` SET `trid` = '84462' WHERE `wp_icl_translations`.`translation_id` = 46094; It appears that, for some reason, two conflicting "translation links” were created - possibly something went wrong while editing the translation connections. Please confirm if this resolves your issue. Additionally, could you let me know if the problem was observed only on this one product? It seems like something may not have worked correctly when trying to link the translations. Best regards, and apologies for the delay. |
