This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed clarification on whether the automatic translation billing and payment method configured in WPML is tied to the specific website owner or if it could be linked to their WPML agency account.
Solution:
We explained that automatic translation billing (Pay-As-You-Go) is configured separately per website. When enabled from WPML → Translation Management → Tools, it is linked to the account and payment method entered there, and charges are applied to that specific payment method. The website in question is not connected to a Pay-As-You-Go account and currently does not have any translation credits assigned. If the site owner wants to use automatic translation, they can either purchase credits or activate Pay-As-You-Go and add their own payment details directly on the website. This ensures that the billing is tied to the site owner’s payment details, not to the agency account.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it’s outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If this does not resolve your issue, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Hi there.
We received a notification that automatic translations for one of the sites were paused due to running out of translation credits.
Since we use a lifetime WPML license for installing the plugin on client websites, we would like to clarify one detail regarding billing.
The notification we received was related to the following site: hidden link
We install WPML on client websites using our lifetime agency license, but the websites themselves belong to our clients.
Could you please confirm whether the automatic translation billing and payment method configured in
WPML → Translation Dashboard → Tools
is tied to the specific website owner, or if it could be linked to our WPML agency account that provided the plugin license?
If possible, could you also check on your side whether this site is currently connected to our WPML account for pay-as-you-go automatic translation billing?
We want to make sure that any translation credits and invoices related to automatic translation are managed by the website owner rather than our studio account.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Kind regards,

Hello,

Automatic translation billing (Pay-As-You-Go) is configured separately per website. When it is enabled from WPML → Translation Management → Tools, it is linked to the account and payment method entered there, and charges are applied to that specific payment method.

From what I can see on our side, the website you mentioned is not connected to a Pay-As-You-Go account and currently does not have any translation credits assigned.

If the site owner wants to use automatic translation, they can either:

Purchase credits, or Activate Pay-As-You-Go and add their own payment details directly on the website.

This way the billing will be tied to the site owner’s payment details, not to your agency account.

Kind regards,
Dražen

I have been paying automatically for my WPML membership with my US credit card that should still be on file and is still valid. So I don't understand what the hold up is on the $59.00 (that I was told by email would be the charge this year) being taken off my credit card. And I can't find any way in my account to double check what my bill is why this is not happening.

Sorry, I forgot to include the VAT amount on the invoice of $12.39. So the total bill was 71.39.
How do I get to the page in my account that shows my credit card so I can make sure this bill is paid?
