[Resolved] Single translated image not being shown
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client reported an issue where a dynamic ACF image that displays correctly on other posts was not showing on a specific translated post. The expected behavior was for the image URL to appear in the Advanced Translation Editor, but it was missing, leading to the image not being displayed on the front-end. This issue was occurring despite the functionality working correctly on other parts of the website. The client was using the Avada theme.
Solution: We recommended the following steps to resolve the issue: 1. Delete the image in the default language post. 2. Update the post. 3. Re-upload the image and update the post again. 4. Update the translation. 5. Check if the image appears on the front-end.
If the solution provided here is not relevant to your case, either because it's outdated or it doesn't apply to your situation, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. Hello, a dynamic ACF image that works well on other posts, doesn't show on this translated post: hidden link
I would expect the image url to come up in the Advanced Translation Editor, but it's missing. That is probably why it's not showing up in the front-end. But it's strange, because thus works fine elsewhere on the website.
I'm using Avada.

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload.
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
Hi! I created a staging copy here: hidden link
Please note that the live website has the translation on a different domain, so that might not work correctly on the staging copy.
Oops I just added all the logins but its not hidden

Thanks for the access details. I edited the "Concert content" section and edited the image widget to get an ACF image instead of ACF text, which fixed the issue. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)
Please check if the image works correctly on the translated post. (hidden link)
But why? I just added this with the advanced editor. Could you please find out why it isn't working? I don't want to have to delete and reupload posts after every edit.
I just changed the Avada field on the staging site, which fixed the issue. On the live site, all concerts work correctly without issues except one post, so the issue is related to this specific post.
If you can update the staging site to be an exact copy of the live site now, please let me know, and I can try a different approach there without affecting your live site.
The solution fixed the issue on the staging copy didn't work on the live site, so could you please copy the live site again with its current status to the staging site?
