[Closed] Translate link targets only works partially

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I notice Translating link targets only works partially.
It translates links to other pages/posts, but not all of them.
For example on hidden link it works
for the last block of links and the button, but not the first block of
links (to the repair pages).

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No

Is there a similar example that we can see?
No

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support, I will be happy to help you.

I noticed from the debug info that the version of WordPress you are using is not the latest one and also the WPML Multilingual CMS you are using is v4.6.7.

I would first suggest you:

- update to the latest version v4.6.8
- clear the cache of the website (server side included)
- go to WPML -> Settings ->Translate Link Targets section
- click "Scan now and adjust links"

After the process is finished check if the issue still persists and let me know how.

* Note: Please make sure you have a full backup of your website before making any update.

I have done the update on our staging environment and then followed the steps.
However, the issue persisted.

Thanks you for the update.

In order to investigate this issue and understand it better, I would need a temporary access to your staging website.

Please make a full backup of your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.

I would need to access your site's WP-admin.
Your next reply is set to private for you to provide the username and password details.
