Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.

Could you please cancel the stuck jobs and send them again for translation? Please try the following steps and I hope it will help.

- Go to WPML-> Settings, and select "Translate Some". If it is selected already, proceed to the next steps
- Go to "WPML > Translation Management > Jobs" section
- Locate the translation job that is stuck and cancel the job by clicking on the `Trash` icon.
- Now, open that page in the WordPress editor, make a small edit, and save the changes
- After that, please try to translate that page again to check if the issue persists.

If the translated page is not showing on the frontend, please also make sure that the status of the page is set to published by following the steps below.

- Switch to the secondary language from your WordPress Dashboard
- Go to the "Pages > All Pages" section and locate the translated page.
- Click on the "Quick Edit" link below the page and make sure that the 'Status' of the page is set to "Published"

I hope the steps above will help. But, if you need further assistance, feel free to reach out with the link to the page/post with which you're having the issue. I will check and be happy to assist further.

Best Regards,
Prosenjit

hi and thank you for the answer- it made I worse now the translation is deleted and the page is reset.. and why do I have to define a translator - I'm the only one translating? some how you made a bad plugin- worse. please prove me wrong and make all my translation connect and appear as translated- i want to make all my jobs "complete" and appear in the menus and other thing i need to do - and then fix translation. and not tranlating to 100% completion before posting.
can i make all translation 100% complete regarding of what is translated?
just to see all my content connected and fix the menu (because - now that the translation is not completed- with some pages- I cannot use those pages for menu and it will not show at all and redirect me to the original pages)
or alternatively - you can connect to my website and fix it for me ? I'm sooooooooooo frustrated with this plugin and not for the hundred times

I just want to duplicate the pages and work on it as I use to do and all the work on the entire translation is just obsolete, hours of work gone to waste

please - i stuck here and cannot use the translation

Hello There,

I totally can understand your frustration and am sorry for any inconvenience you had. Please be informed that if you have completed the translations and saved them, those translations will be saved in a translation memory. As a result, when you try to retranslate the page, the saved translation will be loaded. and you don't have to translate them again.

However, Can you please share the names of the pages where you're having the issue? I also would like to request you to share access to your site so that I can take a better look. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT
-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Looking forward to your response.
