This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported issues with their multilingual website, including broken pages, untranslated slider text, and menu layout problems in translated versions. Additionally, the live chat text was not translated.
Solution:
We resolved the broken pages and menu layout issues during a live chat session. For the slider translation, we recommended following the step-by-step instructions provided in the WPML documentation for translating sliders with the WoodMart theme. For translating the live chat text, we advised going to WPML >> String Translation page, searching for the text "How can I help you?" and adding the translation.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Thank you for contacting WPML Support. As we have debugged the broken pages and menu layout issue during chat and they seems to be working correctly now.

For the slider translation issue, can you please try to follow the step-by-step instructions from this doc: https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/create-multilingual-websites-using-woodmart-theme-and-wpml/#translating-sliders and see if this resolves the issue.

For live chat text translation, please go to the WPML >> String Translation page, search for your required text “How can I help you?” and add the translation.

Thanks for trying these steps. When a chat or ticket is resolved/closed, the credentials tend to get removed. You'll need to provide them separately in each new ticket/chat.

To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.
