You are experiencing difficulties translating certain elements on your website, specifically text coming from the Customizer.
Solution:
We recommend that you go to WPML > String Translation to translate these elements. Try searching for parts of the text block in the text search field at WPML > String Translation. This approach also applies to translating banners. If you do not find the strings you are looking for, please follow our guide on Finding Strings that Don't Appear on the String Translation Page.
If you still need assistance with locating the strings, consider opening a new support ticket.
