Hi there, Thank you for your patience, while our wait time is higher than usual. While waiting for one of my colleagues to be assigned to your ticket, please review the following documentation. It is important that the markers match exactly the default language. The last screenshot you shared with us for example is missing an HTML marker which would trigger this error. |

Hello Luigi, WPML support is the same as always, we are glad to help and will do so, but as you can see at top, it says we havea higher queue currently and waiting time is a bit longer. 1) I am trying to log in butit seems the password is not correct, Please recheck and provide it safe box below. 2) For backup, you can install UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin, and create a backup. - https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/ Regards, |
