It is important that the markers match exactly the default language.

The last screenshot you shared with us for example is missing an HTML marker which would trigger this error.

Hello I have a serious problem with the translation. I have the English page a big mess.
Please I need someone to fix this problem.

Since I have been begging for days and weeks for help with this mess. In all this time no one has come forward. In the past the support has always been excellent which I can't say about the current one. If you continue like this, I will most likely not renew the account.

Hello Luigi,

WPML support is the same as always, we are glad to help and will do so, but as you can see at top, it says we havea higher queue currently and waiting time is a bit longer.

1) I am trying to log in butit seems the password is not correct, Please recheck and provide it safe box below.

2) For backup, you can install UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin, and create a backup.
