Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with the WPML editor freezing and displaying the message 'Unable to retrieve job details' when trying to translate pages on your site.
Solution:
We recommend you try the following steps:
1. Navigate to WPML → Translation Management → Translation Jobs.
2. Cancel the translation for the affected page.
3. Go to Pages.
4. Make a slight modification to the original page and save it.
5. Return to the WPML translation editor and attempt the translation again.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your specific case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate some pages on my site hidden link using WPML. The pages include hidden link and hidden link.

Symptoms:
Every time I use the WPML editor, it freezes and displays the message 'Unable to retrieve job details.'

Questions:
How can I get this fixed and start translating?
