Update wording to include "Tools" tab on WPML instructions

Chainalysis	https://wpml.org/account/view_order/ Hi Lauren! At the link above, this text appears: Go to WPML → Translation Management and click the Automatic Translation tab to view your invoices. However, there's no Automatic Translation tab in WPML 4.6.7. Instead, it looks like the instructions should be something like this: To view your invoices, go to WPML → Translation Management and click the Tools tab, then expand the "Invoices" section.
