Background of the issue:
I am trying to update/change the attributes and variants parameters of one of my products on my site hidden link. In the main language version, this works fine.
Symptoms:
In the translated version, the attributes and variants do not update automatically, and I can't modify the variants myself as they are all locked.
Questions:
How can I update attributes and variants in additional language versions?
How can I force the attributes and variants to update automatically in the translated version?

This issue might be caused by using an outdated version of the plugins. Please follow these steps after creating a full site backup, then check if the problem persists:
1) Update all WPML plugins to the latest version, including WooCommerce Multilingual (4.8.1 series).
2) Update WooCommerce to the newest version.
3) Clear all caches.
4) Make a small change to the product content (the one with the issue) in the original language, then update it to refresh translation settings.
5) Update the product's translation.
If the problem continues, create a simple product for testing purposes, translate it into secondary languages, and verify whether the issue still exists.
