Hello,
We purchased wpml plugin (invoice Nr 17897513, March 14) because we still using qtranslate which isn't anymore a safe plugin, we tried to install wpml but we failed. We currently have the following situation:
- We are not developer or technician.
- After launching the install, we had only our website in english a little bit working, all the other languages (french, german, spanish, italien) were not working (all pages with error 404).
- Our website runs with wp (very last update).
- In our plugin page, we have:
* qtranslate slug (activated)
* qtranslate-x (activated)
* qtranslate-x importer (deactivated)
* WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce (deactivated)
* WPML Multilingual CMS (deactivated)
* WPML String Translation (deactivated)

We want someone install your plugin without crashing our website, how much it costs?

Please we need help, thank you.

Hello there,

Thank you for waiting. I checked internally, and we have a tool provided for customers to migrate from qTranslate to WPML. Please check the steps in this link:

https://wpml.org/documentation/qtranslate-importer/

Specifically, in your case, the "Multi-Language Conversion (convert from qTranslate to WPML)" section. I recommend you make a full website backup, and follow the steps there. The process is fairly simple. In summary:

1. Disable qTranslate;
2. Enable WPML and the qTranslate Importer;
3. Go to Settings > qTranslate Importer and click on Start;

Check the detailed guidance on the previous link. Let me know if you have any specific questions.

Hello, I sent you credentials to install your WPML plugin but since 8 hours no news or no reply by email from you. For security reasons, we can't let indefinitely an admin access.

Also, you replied once by email but the address is noreply@wpml.org so I can't reply to you with this email address.

Please reply and give news,

Paulo (CEO)

Hello Paulo

We don't offer specialized contractors for this kind of work. I can, nonetheless follow the initial steps for you. For me to do so, it's mandatory that you create a full website backup and let me know, so I can proceed.

Once you confirm, I'll access the website and follow the initial steps. If further adjusting is needed, I'll let you know.
