This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to translate the components of the 'Thank you' page in WooCommerce using the NextMove plugin into other languages. Despite following outdated documentation and attempting translations through String Translation and direct page translation, the components still appear in the original language, Russian.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Ensure each translation of the 'Thank you' page uses a unique slug.
2. After setting the unique slugs, re-save the permalinks for each language you are translating. This action should help the components of the page to display correctly in the intended language.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, or if the solution becomes outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.

I have the NextMove Thank you page for Woocommerce by XL Plugins. However, I can't translate the components of the 'Thank you' page into other languages. There this tutorial here hidden link but is from an old version of WPML and it doesn't work now.

I've tried so far:
- Translating the different components of the thank you page through String Translation
- Translating the thank you page itself

Still the components of the thank you page appear in Russian (original language).

Attached image: thank you page in portuguese (which is translated) but still appearing in Russian

Looks like you guys made the plugin WPML compatible years ago too: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wpml-compatibility-163/

Hi there,

If following the steps from the documentation is not working I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Thank you,
Bobby

Hey Bobby, thanks for your answer. So I have able to translate those page finally. After some testing, I figured out that right now you need to make 2 steps:
1- Use a unique slug for the translations of the 'Thank you' page
2- Re-save the site's permalinks of the language you are translating
Only then the different components of the page appear correctly. Thank you!
