This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client had translated their entire site using WPML, including wpforms. However, they noticed that certain items such as the calendar format and dropdown options were not translated, even after scanning the theme strings and wpform plugin strings.
Solution:
We recommended that the client make a small update to the form and then resend it for translation via WPML > Translation Management. This action often helps in displaying any content that hasn't been translated yet. If the issue persisted, we offered to perform a closer inspection by requesting temporary access to the client's site, including wp-admin and FTP. We also mentioned the possibility of installing a plugin like "Duplicator" or "All in One WP Migration" to replicate the site locally for troubleshooting, with the assurance that the local site would be deleted once the problem was resolved. We emphasized the importance of the client backing up their site files and database before providing access and ensuring that the private box for sensitive information was enabled.
If the provided solution is not relevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
If further assistance is needed, please do not hesitate to contact us by opening a new ticket in the WPML support forum: https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/.
