Background of the issue:
We have contact forms in several languages (main language is German). We use Gravity Forms with the Zapier Add-On and import all the enquiries into a Google Sheet. If the enquiry comes from the German site, all fields are filled in the Google Sheet. If the enquiry comes from another language (like English or Spanish), in the Google Sheet we have 3 missing fields (Date, URL, and Page).
Symptoms:
In the Google Sheet, 3 fields (Date, URL, and Page) are missing when the enquiry comes from a non-German site.
Questions:
Is there any documentation that explains how to prevent WPML from translating placeholders in Gravity Forms?
How can we ensure that all fields are filled in the Google Sheet regardless of the language of the enquiry?
i fear that WPML translated some placeholders and that's the reason why the fields are not being transmitted....

Hello,
I have created a Sandbox with WPML and Gravity Forms and would like to ask you to install the Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On and recreate the issue so that we can assist you further on this matter.
One-Click-Login: hidden link
If you do not have a spare license key to register Gravity Forms for this purpose let us know and we will see if we can reach something, but at the moment we only have a Basic License available which does not cover the Zapier Addon.
Make sure to leave me a comment on this ticket, once the issue has been replicated on the sandbox.

I have tried to recreate the issue, but I can not confirm any missing fields when testing the "Bewerbungsformular" and exporting the entries that I created in both languages.
The translation of some of the fields like "Datenschutztext" is expected in this case.
The fields "Formular" or "Kontakt" are not part of a default export file. How were those columns added?
Please provide me with more details about how I can recreate the issue and test if you can currently recreate the issue on this Sandbox.
I sent an enquiry from your sandbox but due to the fact that this is not connected to any Google Sheet, I cannot display the missing informations.
On our staging site I just sent 2 enquiries (DE and EN): hidden link
Here you can see my last 2 entries (row 53 and 54) : hidden link
In German (the original language of the site) the columns A (date of submission), J (form’s name) and K (URL of the form’s page) are filled. In all the other languages these 3 rows are missing.
Please note that these 3 informations are not fields that the customer has to fill in order to send an enquiry. They are just informations about the form itself.

My apologies, but from what I understand the Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On requires a Premium Subscription to connect Google Workspace and Google Sheets with Gravity Forms.
We do not own such a premium subscription, and we do not have any partnership with the author of Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On.
Our Gravity Forms Multilingual Addon only supports the Gravity Forms Plugins. It does not cover the many available Add-ons.
I would suggest you contact Zapier about this issue regarding "Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On" and ask if the author has any plans to integrate compatibility for WPML.
Further, as far I understand, the whole customization is occurring not inside WordPress, and the external website Zapier is used to customize the data that is sent to Google, do I understand this correctly?
This means, that the Zapier API is not supporting WPML. They will need to adjust their API, to get the translated data from the WordPress database and we can not take any influence on that from our end.
Workaround for getting the desired data:
Forms > Export & Import > Export Entries
Languages: English (English )Spanish (Español )German (Deutsch )

Thank you, Stefano!
I will keep this ticket open for a maximum of 14 days in case you need further assistance from our end.
For now, there is not much I can do as I would need a Zapier Subscription Plan to recreate the issue. If you can cooperate on this matter on the provided sandbox, I can offer to take a closer look into the code of the plugin.
Best regards
Andreas
