Automatic Translation used too many credits and my products were not translated.

I have credited your account for the translations that were done with Deepl, but please keep in mind this is an exception and not something we will regularly do. Most likely there were multiple translation services enabled when automatic translation began, which is why Deepl was used instead of Microsoft. Moving foward just be sure to keep only Microsoft enabled and the issue will not return. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
