Problem:
If you're experiencing an issue where the WPML > Support tab shows 'WPML Media Translation' as 'Not installed' even though the plugin is installed and active, you're not alone.
Solution:
We are aware of this discrepancy and it will be resolved in a future release of the plugin. You can continue using the plugin normally without any issues.
Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.
