admin.php is missing from the first menu item link in the plugin (backend)

dickytallB	Background of the issue: I am trying to access the first menu item in the WPML plugin. The issue can be seen at this link: hidden link. I expected to see the URL: hidden link, which is the base URL + "/wp-admin/admin.php?page=tm/menu/main.php". Symptoms: Instead of the expected URL, I got: hidden link, which is the base URL + "/wp-admin/tm/menu/main.php". This doesn't work, and the link doesn't seem correct. The issue is with the first nav item of the plugin "wpml" in the sidebar and the first subitem "wpml" (above "languages"). Questions: Why is the 'admin.php' missing from the first menu item link in the WPML plugin? How can I correct the link for the first nav item of the WPML plugin? AI rewrote my issue? Also if i'm doing a french test order no emails are sent, and i suspect wpml's bug might be here at work too?
