This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing issues with products not displaying on the Brazilian and Arabic 'shop' pages of their multilingual website.
Solution:
We reviewed the situation and initially faced difficulties with logging into the backend due to incorrect password issues. After resolving the access issues, we confirmed that the products are now displaying correctly on both the Brazilian and Arabic shop pages. It appears that the client might have resolved the issue before our intervention. If you're experiencing similar issues, we recommend checking your login credentials and ensuring that your product display settings are correctly configured for each language. Additionally, verify that you have the latest versions of all themes and plugins installed.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please visit our known issues page, and do not hesitate to open a new support ticket.

Hi There,
I hope you're doing well.

I reviewed the entire conversation you had with my colleague Itamar and understood the issue. When I tried to log in to your backend using the credentials you provided, I repeatedly encountered an incorrect password issue, just as Itamar did.

Do the login credentials you shared belong to your site or the hosting?

However, after checking the Brazilian and Arabic shop pages, I can confirm that the products are now displaying correctly.

Have you found a solution for the issue? If you need any further assistance, please feel free to let me know. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
