This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to see the translated categories in the Arabic version of their website, even though they had translated them and published products within those categories. Solution: We accessed the client's website and changed the category order to "Name" in Appearance -> Widgets -> Shop Sidebar. This action made the categories appear correctly in the filter. We advised the client to check if the categories now work as expected. If this solution does not seem relevant to your issue, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us.

The categories we created in the English interface of the website do not appear in Arabic. Even though we translated the category, it does not appear in any way. When you examine the site, for example, there is a category called free. And I translated this category into Arabic and published products in it. Although it appears in the English interface, it does not appear in Arabic. Can you help with this? Thanks.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
Hello sir,
I will leave it in the link and we can take the gratis category that appears in the English interface as an example. Although there are many products in this category, it should appear as غراتيس in the Arabic interface, but it does not appear at all. The same goes for the makeup category.
Thanks for help
Sir ı checked and ı release that I didn’t translate woo commerce so 7500 strings not translated. I started to translate. Do you think it's related to this?
I think the issue is more related to how the filter is created. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
