Hi,
In your post, you mentioned this website: hidden link, but according to the screenshot and the debug information, you are referring to this website: hidden link.
Can you please confirm that the problem is on hidden link?
Furthermore, when I check hidden link, I don't see any conflict with hreflang and canonical within the page source.
Can you please give us more details about what Semrush sees as a conflict?
Thanks,
Itamar.

I'm using wpml at multisites, so the issue is happening at both main and subdomains.

Hi,
On your main domain hidden link, it seems that WPML is inactive, or the option "Display alternative languages in the HEAD section." in WPML -> Languages -> SEO Options is not active, so I think it is expected to get "hreflang redirect (301)".
I'm consulting our second-tier supporters about your can and will update you here once I have their reply.
I appreciate your patience.
Itamar.

Hi,
Our second-tier supporter has reached the same conclusion. We don't see any conflict from WPML's side. The hreflang tags on hidden link are shown as they should. Please see the attached screenshot. As we mentioned on hidden link, it seems that WPML is not active or the "Display alternative languages in the HEAD section." option is deactivated. Thus, getting a hreflang redirect (301) is expected.
If you have more information from Semrush about those messages, please share it with us.
Regards,
Itamar.
