We have translated or page that has woocommerce on it. For our finnish store the price is converted to euro using your plugin. The customer see the right value and it is the right value in the checkout. However when we visit the order in the admin order page it is not converted and translated correctly.
A product which cost 167 euro for customer shows up for us as 1.884 euro (which could be the swedish original price in sek)
I have been in contact with your support 2 times and have increase php limits and also did some troubleshooting with clearing cache and other translation resets without no sucess.
1. Do you see this issue with all Finnish products or specific ones?
2. Please check if the issue persists in a minimal environment by following these steps:
- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML (Keep only WooCommerce)
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one.
- If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with which one there is an interaction issue.
