Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

Please log in to this hidden link">sandbox site and create a new test page using the same text module to replicate the issue.

Please let me know if the issue is replicable so I can check it and consult our compatibility team.

Note: The sandbox site has WPML and Divi installed.

Best regards,
Osama

Hello,

We managed to replicate the issue.

This exact text is a "Global Module", when we set it to be local to the page the translations appear.
Where can we translate global ones?
You can see in the sample page.

We found in the docs how to translate the page with the global module, however the second issue with the "лв." in bookly can't be replicated on the sandbox as we need to configure bookly and so on.
Can you have a look on the main website?

Hi,

1) It's great to hear that the Divi issue is fixed.

2) We try to keep one issue per ticket in our forum. Continuing with one ticket per issue helps supporters focus on one issue at a time and enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.
Therefore, I've split the other issue and created a new ticket with this issue.

Best regards,
Osama

Thank you for the help.
Give a reference in the translation of DIVI docs for the Global modules, as someone who hasn't used WPML before would have a hard time understanding why the fields weren't translated.

We will continue the conversation in the other ticket.
